3. Free Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping when your order meets the following thresholds:

  • USA: Free standard shipping on orders over $50

  • Canada: Free standard shipping on orders over $75 USD

  • Europe (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES): Free standard shipping on orders over €100

  • Japan / South Korea / Australia: Free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD

Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.


4. Restricted Shipping Areas

We currently do not ship to the following regions:

  • Russia, Brazil, India, and other locations with strict or unpredictable customs regulations

  • U.S. overseas territories (e.g., Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands)

  • Some Middle Eastern and African countries

5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

  • For orders shipped within the United States, no additional taxes or fees apply.

  • For international orders, any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • We recommend checking your country’s import policies prior to purchase. If an order is returned due to unpaid customs, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.


6. Tracking & Delivery Updates

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • You can monitor your shipment status through the tracking link provided.


7. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

  • For U.S. orders delayed 5+ days beyond the estimated time, or 10+ days for international orders, please contact us.

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.


8. Important Notes

  • Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate.

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect or undeliverable address, re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
